Position: Campaign Analyst (Thai Speaker)

Tenure: 1-year Contract (Renewable)

Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

• Manage workflow optimization through automation, coordinating activities, and addressing risks for continuous process improvement.
• Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success, understanding client objectives and brand identity.
• Coordinate and execute projects and promotions according to client requirements.
• Maintain platform store content and update product details and price points.
• Conduct SKU hygiene checks, analyze key reports for sales and order performance, and fluently operate seller centers.
• Analyze and report site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).
• Build strong relationships with site operations team to ensure proper execution of capacity plan and provide workflow management guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Thai.
• Minimum 3 years of E-commerce background experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in operating seller centers, conducting SKU hygiene checks, and analyzing key reports.
• Preferred knowledge of E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and/or CMSs (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).
