Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of organization operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the accounting, tax planning and budgeting.
· Oversee the approval and processing of revenue and expenditure.
· Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
· Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
· Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations.
· Monthly reporting to Managing Director, Meeting with Headquarter.
· Fast response on market threat which affected company business and operations.
· Involve in the Pricing, negotiation with Customers & Partners.
· Monitor progress of each Business Unit profitability.
· Report to Management, advice and make plan
· Oversee and managing all aspects of General Affairs and Security including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management.
· Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or Finance Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance is a must
· 5 years related experience in General Affairs & Security, Information Technology and Planning & Control is secondary.
· Preferably have related working experiences in Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
· In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
