Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Monitor coordination among his team with client and sub-contractor.

Resources management and track inventory.

Meet contractual conditions of performance.

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction or any related field

At least 5 years working experience in construction

Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadership

Good tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and Malay

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a positive work environment
