Job Description

  • Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Conduct market research, forecast and feedback to Sales Director for assessment
  • Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence
  • Sales driven mind-set with focus in achieving the sales revenue
  • “Hunter” like mentality to look for new customers
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting
  • Organise training for Vendors, Distributors and Customers
  • Confident to conduct presentation & product demonstration to customers.
  • Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge
  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ degree in Engineering is a must; preferably electrical-trained
  • At least 4-5 years relevant Sales experience in a relevant segment/industry
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who thrive on the challenge of acquiring new clients
  • Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
  • Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure
  • Required to travel within Malaysia and in the region on requirement basis
  • Good English fluency
