Position Title : Warehouse Clerk

Remuneration: RM1,800 – RM2,500
Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.
2. Receiving and Shipping
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package items for shipping.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely and efficient deliveries.
3. Data Entry
- Enter data into the inventory management system accurately.
- Update records to reflect inventory changes.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and transactions.
4. Communication
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers as necessary.
5. Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
6. Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirement
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organizational and multitasking skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. |
