Location: Kuala Lumpur
Position: Permanent
Remunuration: Basic + Quarterly Incentive + OT Pay
Responsibilities:
- To ensure timely order processing, feed-back and meeting customer delivery expectation.
- Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer’s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
- Handle the sales & service enquiry, order, and enquiry process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
- Manage documents for job deployment & generate daily report for new PO and sales done.
- Issue service quotation.
- Follow up quotation with customers.
- Follow up Service jobs status with Service Team.
- Invoicing for completed job.
- Send invoices and statement of account to customers.
- Manage parts availability for repair jobs.
- Any adhoc tasks to be assigned.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Experience with CRM system will have better advantage
- At least with 2 years of strong experience in customer care management.
- Strong communication and good attitude on achieving high effectiveness and efficiency.
- MS office application with good understanding or readiness to learn.
- Strong in problem solving, communication, customer handling and decision-making skill.
- Timely reporting and result oriented
