Responsibilities :
- Work closely with management and be overall responsible for the Group's human resource functions covering recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee discipline, employee development.
- Handle the overall human resource function and office general administration.
- Developing and producing key human resource information and reports. Handling staffing issues either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labour law.
- Assist in handling performance improvement plan and industrial relation cases.
- Perform any other task and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.
- Good working knowledge in HR laws and regulations.
- Well rounded experience in overall HR activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, salary administration and employee engagement.
- Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
