Position Title: Senior QA Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM5,000 – RM7,000

Responsibilities

·         1.Responsible to ensure certification and compliance on ISO9001; FSSC 22000; HACCP ; GMP+ B2; and EFfCI GMP standards

·         Creating or Inculcating awareness of quality and food/feed safety system.

·         Chairing  for customer complaints and monitor completion of corrective actions as per target for.  respective business areas.

·         Verification  corrective actions implementation its effectiveness

·         Coordinating for customer quality system audits; external ; internal audit; self inspection and Departmental KRA./KPI as per planned schedule.

·         To lead and provide the necessary guidance for unannounced QA audit on critical areas

·         To conduct physical inspection on periodic basis and report if there is any deviation on the related system  to the management through an appropriate platform

·         To drive for improvement within QA  department for efficiency on the execution of job

·         To review and revise controlled documents on periodic basis if there if any changes required ( Manual; SOP; WI; records; etc.)

·         To assist  and coordinate Functional Team Program for shop floor employees

Requirement

·         Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Science or equivalent

·         2 years related working experienced.

·         Advantage working experience in food industry.
