Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing of notices on daily transactions relating to disbursements, refunds, and settlements; and keeping track of the requirements specified in agreements;
- Responsible for monthly Statements of Accounts (SOAs) to be shared across to clients, including tracking and monitoring of monthly accrued profit rate;
- Financial data management and analysis on operational efficiency and profitability of the business such as tracking of client exposures along profit rates;
- Financial analysis and project reporting including cash flow monitoring in line with client known progress milestones;
- Awareness of Company’s AML/CFT measures and ensuring that daily transactions are in line with regulatory guidelines;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.
- Basic knowledge in the field of financial markets and accountancy.
- Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years work experience in the areas of finance operations, treasury, PLC’s.
- Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.
- High level of Excel proficiency.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications.
- Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
