Make outbound call to existing and new customers

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

Send out e-mail communications to customers after each successful sign up or as and when required

Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

Perform data entry and build customers database

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service

Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Requirements & Skill

Minimum Degree holde

Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Proficient with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills. | |
