Position : Customer Service Representative

Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable Basis)

Working Hour: 8 AM - 5 PM

Working Location: Damansara Height

Salary : RM 3,000

 

Job Descriptio

  • Make outbound call to existing and new customers
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Send out e-mail communications to customers after each successful sign up or as and when required
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Perform data entry and build customers database
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

 

Requirements & Skill

  • Minimum Degree holde
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
