Position Title: Sales Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM7,000- RM 12,000

 

 

Job Description:

·       Lead and oversee a sales team, encompassing responsibilities such as providing

·       guidance, coaching and mentorship.

·       Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and address

·       skill development needs within the team.

·       Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and establish new sales channels.

·       Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

·       Monitor the performance of the team and team members against set targets and

·       KPIs.

·       Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on team performance.

·       Ensure that the team are adhere to contractual agreements and compliance

·       requirements.

·       Work with the finance and sales teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.

·       Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales initiatives effectively.

·       Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to

·       guide the team in adapting sales strategies accordingly

 

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum with bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Experience in the Software or IT industry is an added advantage.

·       Has 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with strong customer service skills.

·       At least 2 years’ experience in managerial position.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

·       Strong experience coordinating with external partners.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
