Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers, including OEMs and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and trade shows as necessary to support sales activities and promote company products.
  • Stay informed about advancements in semiconductor technology and industry regulations, incorporating relevant information into sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor sales or related technical sales roles
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing complex sales deals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
