Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare the Quotation based on the enquiry and submission to the requestor.
· To follow up on the Maintenance Renewal Proposal Quotation closely.
· To follow up with vendor/supplier on the parts price and prepare the costing for submission approval.
· To keep record and updates of vendor and supplier list.
· Work with Technical and Sales Team to help plan, develop and execute the finalization of maintenance proposal or tender.
· Act as focal point for any enquiry on the quotation/maintenance renewal commercial matters.
· To follow up on the materials / parts order and payments status.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
· Reporting to the Service Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- More than 3 Years of experience in admin & management position
- Good knowledge in measurement, pricing and preparation of bill of quantity
- Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
- Computer literate
