Position: Contract role


Role Purpose

This role exists under the Sales Quality Team to meet the requirements of survey calls for non-regulatory survey activities. E,g. Cross Border, Prospecting Activity.

It supports the delivery of pre & post-transaction check at a departmental and organizational level.

 

Job Responsibilities

▪ Make Outbound Calls to clients and other possible stakeholders.

▪ Receive Inbound Calls from clients and other stakeholders.

▪ Explain products / process to clients where necessary.

▪ Collaborate with stakeholders in the continual improvement of processes to deliver pre & post-transaction survey call outcome.

▪ Communicate verbally or thru written form to various stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements

▪ Diploma in any discipline, preferably with Finance or Business Background

▪ Able to work independently

▪ Able to respond to client’s queries and handle objections

▪ Team player

▪ Responsive

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

▪ Strong interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills

▪ Effective in both English and Mandarin
