Job Responsibilities:
• Unleash your sourcing prowess across various channels - job boards, social media, networking events - to find top-tier talent.
• Engage candidates through phone interviews and captivating in-person or virtual meetings to evaluate their potential.
• Build a talent pipeline of exceptional individuals for future opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the game.
• Responsible for the development and administration of rewards and performance review, analysis/ updates, reporting and dashboard preparation
• Champions in reviewing, designing and development the set of rewards & performance policies and ensuring compensation & performance decisions are understood and have the support across the organisation
• Evaluates new and existing positions by investigating and analyzing position duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate classification and salary levels via Job Evaluation
• Other responsibilities entailed
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, along with multi-tasking capability
• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
• Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate
