Remuneration: RM4,500-6,200 (depends on experience)
Job Summary:
The Japanese Speaking Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients. This position requires proficiency in both Japanese and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently within the management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide necessary information.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, insurance & health screening, invoicing related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Serve as a bridge between Japanese-speaking clients and the sales team, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and collaborate with the team (N2 level above).
- Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the risk management industry, will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Working hour : Mon - Fri (8am-5pm)
