Job Title: Japanese Customer Service Specialist (EC Project)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Craft personalized and thoughtful responses tailored to each customer's needs and concerns.
  • Act as a frontline filter by triaging incoming requests and identifying recurring issues to escalate to the team for further analysis.
  • Identify, replicate, and meticulously document software bugs, ensuring clear communication with the engineering teams for resolution.
  • Actively collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance goals and contribute to overall success.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and contribute to documentation efforts to enhance team and company learning.

 

Requirements:

  • Opens for Japanese native who has minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to various software tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle concurrent customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed and effective in emergency situations.
  • Commitment to maintaining strict customer confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to work schedules.
  • Consistent achievement of performance metrics set by clients.
