Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Craft personalized and thoughtful responses tailored to each customer's needs and concerns.
- Act as a frontline filter by triaging incoming requests and identifying recurring issues to escalate to the team for further analysis.
- Identify, replicate, and meticulously document software bugs, ensuring clear communication with the engineering teams for resolution.
- Actively collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance goals and contribute to overall success.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and contribute to documentation efforts to enhance team and company learning.
Requirements:
- Opens for Japanese native who has minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to various software tools.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle concurrent customer inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed and effective in emergency situations.
