Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs

Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel

Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required

Respond promptly and politely to chat inquiries from clients.

Conduct necessary research to resolve platform issues and provide solutions.

Make suggestions for improving the chat support process.

Record and report client inquiries.

Receive training on the chat support process and utilize that training in carrying out tasks.

Collect client feedback to improve our services.
