Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, install, deploy and configure CISCO network devices
- Diagnose network performance problems.
- Provide Level 2 / 3 support for the Large Enterprise Network in CISCO brand
- Troubleshoot and configure network infrastructure which includes routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN firewall, VPN, IPVPN, Cisco Call Manager, etc
- Attend project meetings with application teams to discuss and gather Network requirements.
Requirements:
- Attached to Network Operation Centre Level 1
- At least 1 year in a network engineering or NOC environment
- Hands on experience in CISCO network devices
- Able to configure, deploy, implement and troubleshoot CISCO routing and switching technologies
- Experience on Catalyst Switching, ASA and other firewall
