Position Title: Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Working Schedule : 5.5 days per week

Remuneration: RM 4,500 – RM 6,000Basic Salary plus company benefits (dental and medical)


Job Responsibilities:

·         Facilitate communication between factory and  customers, on quality related matters.

·         Liaise with customer on technical issues and be  the point of contact for customer's SQE. 

·         To review customer requirements and hold  communication to brief internal team on the  requirements.

·         Co-ordinate and verify corrective action or 8D  report on customer complaints and reply within the  stipulated timeline.

·         Liaise with customer on quality related issues and  visit customer if necessary.·

·         Assume the role of customer’s  representatives.

·         Liaise with operations, QA/QC & Engineering on  engineering evaluation and data analysis due to quality  issues.

·         Handle and responds on customer quality issue such  as external CARs/8D  RMA(product verification, liaise  within house QA/QC &Operation on product  disposition.)

·          Co-ordinate and attend customer  visits.


Job Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,  Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,  Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering  (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),  Engineering (Industrial), Engineering  (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or  equivalent.

·          At least 5 year(s) of working experience in  the related field is required for this  position.·
