Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Coordination:

·       Facilitate communication between the channel management team and vendors, conveying information, updates, and inquiries as needed.

·       Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events involving channel partners and internal stakeholders.

Data Management:

·       Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to channel performance, sales, and key performance indicators.

·       Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing channel activities and results.

Issue Resolution:

·       Support in resolving routine issues and inquiries from channel partners, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.

·       Work closely with the sales team and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of channel partner concerns.

Documentation and Compliance:

·       Ensure that all channel-related documentation is accurately maintained, properly filed, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

·       Assist in monitoring contract renewal dates and other key milestones related to channel partnerships.

Process Improvement:

·       Identify areas for process improvement within the channel management function and provide suggestions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and increase partner satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business studies/ administration/ marketing/ management or related field.

·       Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a channel management or sales environment.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·       Basic understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.

·       Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

·       Able to speak in mandarin language to speak with Mandarin-speaking clients.
