We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and holistically thinking individual to lead our cost driver and productivity team. In this critical role you will manage a team supporting cost efficiency improvements and planning closely collaborating with the Production Engineering, Maintenance Sustaining, Procurement, Equipment Improvement and Finance teams. This role also includes being the point of contact for local and global Manufacturing cost and saving related topics. Your responsibilities will include using both your personal and analytical skills to drive the organization to meet its financial goals as well as to help streamline the associated processes used by the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for contributing to the financial success of the company.

Your Job

Manage, drive, and represent Manufacturing related Cost Efficiency Workstreams.

Ensure tight cost control as well as the budget and forecasting process within the Production organization and close collaboration with Finance and Procurement.

Support and drive local and global alignment of related business processes with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Continuously drive strategic cost efficiency projects including close alignment with various stakeholder groups.

Moderate between different department with different objectives to ensure compliance with key financial goals.

Required Qualifications

University degree from an accredited institution.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and/or finance related role.

Excellent understanding of interdependencies of manufacturing decision and financial metrics.

Experience working with global organizations.

Highly self-motivated and fully committed to drive towards our company goals.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Project management and change management knowledge.

Team lead experience and/or project lead experience is a plus
