JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead technical team and project team upon award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
- Manages EPC, design, construction management and/ design build projects.
- Manage and resolve project related issues with various stakeholders (system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultant & relevant authorities).
- Ensure compliance to the relevant government application law, act, regulations, and company business ethical standard etc.
- Plan, prepare project schedule and ensure project hands over on time.
- Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract.
- Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control, schedule management etc.
- Attend meetings (commercial meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting and site meeting etc.
- Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to clean room protocol.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years working experience in construction operation experience, with a focus on building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system for industrial projects.
- Good knowledge in projects management in industrial projects
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
