Client Company: MNC cleaning equipment and product provider
Location: Office in KL (heavy travelling within Malaysia)
Remunerations: Basic salary + OT claim + Incentives + allowance

• Performs a variety of routine service activities either in the workshop or outstation at customer site.
• Responsible for providing troubleshooting, repairing, planning of technical / mechanical equipment failures either in workshop or customer site.
• Assess and responds to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
• Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
• Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer’s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
• Handle spare parts sales & service enquiry, and process be able to meet company and customer expectation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in Technical Field.
• Min education level: SKM/ SPM
• Able to travel within Malaysia
• Has valid VDL license.
• Strong in demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skill. Must process a demonstrated understanding of internal combustion engines.
• Strong in problem solving, communication, customer handling and decision-making skill.
• Ability to work independently.
