TWB / Laser Welding Production Executive

Position: Production Executive (TWB / Laser Welding)
Company Background: Japanese steel materials company
Remuneration:
  • RM2,500-3,500 (basic salary)
  • Yearly Bonus
  • Incentive, transportation allowance
Responsibilities:
  • To assist assistant manager.
  • Ensure plant safety are compliance.
  • Supervise production and monitoring maintenance of machines.
  • Conduct quality in-line inspections are in order.
  • Manpower control and line operation arrangement.
  • Ensure plant performance meet the company objectives and comply with company policy
  • (Quality, Safety and Environment).
  • Ensure timely delivery without any delay.
  • Ensure plant housekeeping.
Requirement:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suiter or related software
  • Able to communicate in English
Qualification:
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Physics/Electrical Engineering/etc with a concentration in
Manufacturing.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience related to TWB / Laser Welding.
