PRIMARY ROLE

Recruitment, Placement & Separation

  • Participate in the development of manpower plans and monitor manpower requisition against approved budget. 
  • To check and verify the overall coordination of staff recruitment, confirmation, placement and separation activities in accordance with policies
  • Monitor recruitment against approved manpower plan

Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Participate in the development and management of career development / talent management programs
  • Organise and conduct training and induction sessions
  • Conduct and co-ordinate Training & Development-related activities; which would include conduct of TNA, development of annual training plan, implementation of the plan and evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programs.

Performance Management

  • Monitor the online PMS and participate in its periodic review/enhancements.
  • Overall coordination of annual staff performance appraisal to ensure that the appraisal process is fairly conducted and ensure accuracy of reports for Management approval.
  • Review increment and bonus calculations during yearly exercise
  • Review letters on increment and bonus during yearly exercise

Organisational Performance/Employee Relations

  • Plan and develop HR strategies, policies and procedures within functional scope of work
  • Execute and monitor approved programmes & policies, ensuring timely and consistent implementation.
  • Attend to counselling; organize disciplinary inquiries ensuring compliance to policies and procedures as well as labor legislation.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor holder preferably in Human Resources
  • At least 5 years’ experience in supervisory capacity in HR with experience in managing talent  acquisition and full spectrum of HR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)
  • A strong leader that is able to work well with team members and stakeholder
  • Able to work well with people from all level
  • Strong interpersonal and good team work
  • People oriented and highly enthusiastic in the desire to ensure an engaged workforce.
