- Engage lifestyle partners in shopping, hospitality, travel and other industries to assist in requests and program requirements.
- Providing high quality Customer Service to high valued customers.
- Following SOPs while assisting customers in their requests.
- Using company resources and other channels to assist in fulflling requests.
- Assist professionally in written and verbal communication.
- Provide day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as appropriate to the position.
- Communicate courteously with merchant and/or customer by telephone, email, and face to face (if necessary).
- Related customer service experience or contact center exposure would be an added
- Experienced in lifestyle, travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Customer centric approach and attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills in both verbal and written form.
- Interest in travel, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle etc.
- Resourcefulness to fulfill customer requests.
- This position is a 44-hour work week with shifts, Monday to Sunday
