Responsibilities:

Responsible for policy formulation and review, implementing, monitoring and reporting of legal and BNM related regulatory compliance actions to ensure regulatory compliance.

Formulate policy and actions to review, implement, monitor and reporting on compliance.

Conduct periodical compliance audit and recommend corrective actions.

Provides regular update on regulatory guidelines to Senior Management and Board of Directors.

Provides structured compliance training programs to ensure awareness to all levels of staff.

Liaise with Bank Negara Malaysia, regulatory agencies to resolve queries relating to compliance issues.

Requirements:

Degree in Law/Accounting/Business/Finance/Management

Minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance in insurance industry

Well verse with BNM, AMLA, PEP legal requirements and guidelines.
