Responsibilities:
Deliver appropriate revenues in line with the target plan and ensure that sufficient cost controls are in place. Ensure that the sales and profit plan are delivered at the budgeted marketing cost
CRM lead, implementing best in class retention techniques to ensure that the majority customers are retained by the business
Responsible for digital performance marketing channels to ensure ROI
Identifying, managing and mitigating risks to the market's performance. Ensuring that potential risks to service, sales and profits are quickly identified and mitigation plan put in place before they impact upon business performance
Building and maintaining relationships with departments across the business
Experience in managing paid social campaigns
Plan, manage and execute competitions to drive sale, increase database and/or highlight e-commerce campaigns
Analyse overall trade performance on a daily and weekly basis
Manage social media platforms and prepare social content visuals highlighting products/brands available on e-commerce
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Ecommerce with st least 4 years of similar working experience in total
Intermediate knowledge of google analytics
CRM experience
Experience in execution and analysing marketing plans
Good command of spoken and written English
Active in social media platforms
