Power BI: 

  • Use Power BI to transform, load and visualize data from numerous sources 
  • Prepare functional requirements to improve the quality and efficiency of the application 
  • Produce and enhance Power BI data visualizations, management dashboards, and reports to improve the data literacy 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to data models 
  • Provide and apply quality assurance best practices for data analysis services across the organization 
  • Create, modify and maintain data definitions for new database file/table development and/or changes to existing ones 
  • Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats
  • Proactively integrate new technologies for more advanced analytics including 
  • Develop routines for end users to facilitate best-practice use of data management tools 
  • Collaborate with database and disaster recovery administrators to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets 
  • Monitor data management system details within the database, including stored procedures and execution time, and implement efficiency improvements

Coupa Analytics: 

  • Ability to establish new business process using advanced analytics tools 
  • Drive the monthly forecasting process to aggregate, report and understand the expense and capital forecasts 
  • Maintain and track monthly spend, with clear financial explanations and insights for variances to budget and forecast 
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports, including analysis of saving and spend performance 
  • Plan, analyse and support complex procurement challenges — in areas specific to spend management, spend optimization, cost reduction and efficiency opportunities 
  • Manage vendor risk and obligation reports on a quarterly basis 
  • Perform ad-hoc requests, prepare decks and presentations for executive communication


  • A degree in IT or Business or similar 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Familiarity to perform minor coding changes and tweaks 
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team 
  • A fast learner, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced 
  • Committed and believes in providing quality service to business 
  • Knowledge of and experience working in supply chain (including finance and procurement) 
  • Knowledge of and experience working with business processes 
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
  • Strong familiarity with data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting 
  • Basic understanding of a variety of machine learning techniques and statistical tools 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence stakeholders, which outlines your recommendations with data and insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
