Client Background: Taiwan-based premium toy figure manufacturer
Location: Shah Alam
Remuneration: Basic Salary + Allowance
· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
· Researching prospects and generating leads.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Participating in sales team meetings.
· Diploma or Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
· 1-3 years of sales experience.
· Excellent customer service and sales skills.
· Strong verbal and written communicator.
· Excellent phone and presentation skills.
· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Possess valid driving license with own transport as required to travel to client locations.
