Position Title: Service Process Optimization Analyst (Sr. Business Analyst) Min 4 years of similar experience

  • Develop and drive systematic analytics and KPIs to effectively  enable metric-based service management and analytics for improvements.
  • Responsible to ensure the customer commitments delivery and satisfaction.
  • Being customer focused, analytical and ability to work with internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues and performance optimization.
  • Spare parts planning, inventory management, asset tracking, and order delivery.
  • Ensuring shipment and materials are being tracked,driving performance and meeting customers satisfaction metrics.
  • To optimize and implement improvements to improve KPI performance.
  • To develop, execute and test new processes and train and empower internal & cross-functional team
  • Provide training on business operational process
  • .
  • Leverage SAP reporting, SAP Cloud Analytics, advanced analytic techniques to develop and for reporting service KPIs.
  • Service process optimization internally and with 3rd Party Logistics.
  • Business Intelligence, Analytical, Process oriented, Efficiency focused, being Passionate.
  • Experience in dealing with 3rd party logistics.
  • Skilled in SAP.
  • Customer focus oriented, inventory management, operational analysis and reporting.
  • At least Degree in similar experience for 4 years and above.
  • Ability to travel internationally
