Position Title: Warehouse Customer Service Executive
Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM5,000
· Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiating coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures.
· Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirement by study existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions including ‘bonded warehouse’.
· Handles Customer’s complaint and ensure recovery action is taken promptly and appropriately
· Liaise with clients, supplier and transporter on operation coordination.
· Continuous review on procedures, processes and system in achieving an optimum quality and efficiency.
· Good rapport with customers to create more business opportunity for the Company.
· Provide weekly & monthly reports to customers.
· Assist with or perform in administrative tasks.
· Candidate shall possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation/Business Management or equivalent.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Warehouse Logistics Service Provider
