RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
a) Responsible for preparing the full set of accounts, financial statements, maintaining cash management, maintaining accounts payable and receivable in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
b) To establish and maintain supplier and customers’ accounts.
c) To ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system.
d) To assist with the external annual audit and maintain financial files and records.
e) To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy Finance or related discipline.
b) 3-5 years of work experience.
c) Has good attitude and character.
d) Detail oriented, structured, well organised, trustworthy and diligent and a good team player.
e) Ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently even under pressure.
f) Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
g) Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting System.
h) Knowledge of current state, federal and local regulations and taxation.
i) Good analytical and planning skills.
j) Has competent leadership and management skills.
k) Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l) Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
