Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Basic Salary + Allowances (Car Maintenance, Mobile, Laptop) + Mileage Claims + EPS + SOCSO + Medical Clamis

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and onsite field service
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task
  • Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support
  • Report and interface with senior management
  • Communicate and coordinate proficiently with customer requirements
  • Provide long-term process/service improvement measures and plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Operations Management (e.g. change management, problem management, incident management and etc)
  • Customer Engagement (customer focused and can handle customer effectively. Also very resourceful and possess a strong initiative)
  • Technical requirements: Commodity Server Hardware,  Virtualization Technology, backup/strorage, and Cloud Platform operation
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure and odd hours
  • Positive work attitude, work on minimum supervision and active team player
  • Good coordination skills and self-starter
  • Wiling to travel (mobile) - within Klang Valley
