Industry: Provide services for direct transactions in the international foreign exchange market. Brokerage Firm.
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: Permanent (Base on working permit)
Remuneration: Basic + Allowance + attractive benefit scheme
to process client's request via phone call, live chat, service desk, email;
to update clients on their request status accordingly;
to constantly verify documents submitted by client within specific region on hourly basis
to attend all seminar scheduled by the company for the employee;
to answer clients questions related to the company product via live chat, phone and email;
to escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate specialists;
to gather client’s feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement;
to follow up all operational issues;
to perform other tasks assigned by management within the competence.
- to ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to Senior of shift if it fails;
- Languages: Native speaker for specific region (Thai /Indonesia/ Vietnam/ China), English — fluent;
- Degree of Higher education;
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in customer service;
- Open to fresh graduates too (Thai/ Vietnamese/ Indonesia/ China native)
- Skilled PC user;
- Basic mathematical skills.
