Payroll Implementation Specialist supports the implementation of HRMS, which includes system setup, data migration, system parallel, user acceptance testing, user training and post implementation support.
Responsible to clients' payroll account
Support Human Resource Management System (HRMS) implementation
Conduct User Requirement Study, System Configuration, Data Migration, User Training, UAT, Parallel and Live Run during the HRMS implementation process
Work closely with Project Manager to ensure the project delivery as project timeline
Coordinates preparation of blueprint documents based on requirement gathering
Ensuring the HRMS project is implemented within contractual obligation and regulatory requirement
Perform testing on new system configuration/modification prior to delivery
Prepare project status updates
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
