Responsibilities:

  • To conduct Inbound & Outbound calls to customer support on boarding process to meet SLA compliance  
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat in a professional and timely manner
  • To meet daily KPI assigned
  • To ensure Follow-Up calls to customer within agreed Turnaround time
  • To educate New Onboarding customer on User ID & Posting of Listing, Product training and Package utilization
  • Assist in troubleshoot customer enquires/complaint handle in a professional and timely manner 
  • To conduct weekly Training session with customer by group or video conference

 

Requirements:

  • Degree level
  • Meet customer satisfaction benchmark
  • Ensure all enquiries are resolved within agreed TAT (Turnaround time)
  • Ensure script adherence to deliver excellent call quality
  • Support customer enquiries via all channel of communication (Call, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Safeguard all records of communication with customers
  • Ensure all calls and issues escalated to the right stakeholders as they arise
