Lead the store team to drive sales, deliver good customer service, and maintaining good store standard Developing store staff through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education to optimize productivity Actively recruit and maintaining relationship with retail and B2B customers through social media, customer visit and referral Handle customer enquiries, complaints and issues Actively visit competitors and share market insights with HQ Ensure pricing on the product and shelf labels are correct.
Set up promotion promptly and ensure display is attractive Maintain optimal stock level, no out of stock or overstock Ensuring prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system.
Ensure daily sales is reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly Responsible for store security and shrinkage Track sales performance and prepare report for management periodically
Min SPM with 2 years related working experience
