** Daily operation. (Bank account checking, petty cash calculating etc.)

** Create invoice and update system (MYOB and internal worksheet)

** Create payroll data and submit to HQ and accounting firm

** Generate sales by using MYOB system and report to HQ

** Prepare payment to supplier after get approval from management

** Prepare payment voucher for staff's claim

** Communication with accounting firm as necessary.

** Able to communication with HQ staff. (in Japanese)

** Keep our office always at comfortable level. (Order drinking water, stationery)
