Job Description:

SFDC Channel Support General Duties/Responsibilities

  • To lead a team of 5 Support team to manage day-day business operations
  • Able to work APAC and EMEA shift hours
  • Support Channel Partners’ SFDC administration
  • Work on Accounts creations, Contacts creation and Leads creation
  • Follow up with Account Governance team if needed
  • Create New Business Opportunity and add products/pricing
  • Work with Internal Product & Pricing team on material codes and product prices
  • Upload Signed Order forms and other attachments to Opportunities
  • Create Trials agreements in Contracts
  • Create Continuation Letters in Contracts
  • Raise Order Management Helpdesk Tickets – PO research, account assignment, general request
  • Raise Delivery Helpdesk Tickets – entitlement issues   
  • Work closely with Channel Partners Alliance team and Sales Team and follow the internal and external workflow process
  • All orders/requests fulfilled on time, especially during month/quarter end



  • Ability to coach, mentor and train peers and new hires
  • Ability to effectively engage with Channel Partners, Sales, Legal and Finance, OM and other internal functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all areas of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, and make decisions in a fastpaced, complex environment.
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
