Application Support Analyst

  • Own the business applications and will be responsible for application support to end users within the company
  • Investigate, and resolve various technical problems related to applications (SQL)
  • Work closely with the IT / DBA team to monitor, repair, report and document all production errors
  • Ensure functional specifications and documentations are complete for technical development
  • Monitor and track all incidents, service and change requests to ensure SLAs are met
  • Resolve incidents requests within SLA. 
  • Perform SQL Scripting

  • Min 1 year’s hands on experience in Application / Software Support
  • Experience using and/ or supporting one or more of the following technologies: MSSQL
  • Able to communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner
