Remuneration: Basic Salary
- Respond to specific enquiries and provide information required by parents.
- Act as school’s receptionist, greet visitors and parents and answer phones.
- Assist in the daily operations and recruitment of students.
- Maintain & increase internal customer service awareness by recording and communicating customers forecast, problems and expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work place.
- Maintain accurate and orderly records.
- Assist the Principal and Directors as needed.
- Assist in writing monthly newsletters
- At least 2 years of relevant professional administrator experience, preferably in a childcare/kindergarten environment.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Counselling/Psychology/Marketing/Business or any other related discipline
- Applicants must be fluent English speakers.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office.
