Responsibilities:

  • Respond to specific enquiries and provide information required by parents.
  • Act as school’s receptionist, greet visitors and parents and answer phones.
  • Assist in the daily operations and recruitment of students.
  • Maintain & increase internal customer service awareness by recording and communicating customers forecast, problems and expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work place.
  • Maintain accurate and orderly records.
  • Assist the Principal and Directors as needed.
  • Assist in writing monthly newsletters

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional administrator experience, preferably in a childcare/kindergarten environment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Counselling/Psychology/Marketing/Business or any other related discipline
  • Applicants must be fluent English speakers.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office.
