Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is looking for Customer Support Manager for their organization.
- Responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
- Responsible for specific IT services or accounts and ensures the effective delivery
- Ensure SLAs are met
- Monitor and report on service performance and discuss the results with the operations team and the client
- Prepare service Improvement Plan if needed and is accountable for its implementation
- Keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues and managing budgets.
- Ensure that the delivery processes are efficient and cost effective and streamline them if necessary
- Attend/ organize the service review meetings
- Contribute to remediation plan and continuous improvement of the service delivery
- Min 5 years / prior experience in service management, service delivery, change management, incident management or managed services.
- Min 3 years experience in people management.
- ITIL Certified
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley
