Work Location: Travel within Klang Valley and Cyberjaya
 
Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is looking for Customer Support Manager for their organization.
  • Responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
  • Responsible for specific IT services or accounts and ensures the effective delivery
  • Ensure SLAs are met
  • Monitor and report on service performance and discuss the results with the operations team and the client
  • Prepare service Improvement Plan if needed and is accountable for its implementation
  • Keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues and managing budgets.
  • Ensure that the delivery processes are efficient and cost effective and streamline them if necessary
  • Attend/ organize the service review meetings
  • Contribute to remediation plan and continuous improvement of the service delivery

Requirements:
  • Min 5 years / prior experience in service management, service delivery, change management, incident management or managed services.
  • Min 3 years experience in people management. 
  • ITIL Certified
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley
